When key personnel proactively take care of their own wellbeing, they inspire the entire workplace to do the same.
The wellbeing mapping focuses on overall health and lifestyle, including work-related factors and recovery. Based on the results, a personal health plan is created.
You can choose from three package levels, each offering different content depending on the selected option.
Key Personnel Wellbeing Mapping – Basic
A comprehensive health package designed to give key personnel the basic tools they need for proactive wellbeing and leadership through example:
- Finla occupational health survey package
- Laboratory tests: ECG, cholesterol levels, fasting blood glucose, complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, and thyroid function tests
- Body composition measurement light
- Livtec wellbeing analysis (2 days): includes a personal feedback session with an occupational physiotherapist
- Health check-up with an occupational health physician (45 minutes)
Key Personnel Wellbeing Mapping – Plus
- Finla occupational health survey package
- Laboratory tests: ECG, cholesterol levels, fasting blood glucose, complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, and thyroid function tests
- Bicycle ergometer test
- Body composition measurement light
- Livtec wellbeing analysis (2 days): includes a personal feedback session with an occupational physiotherapist
- Health check-up with an occupational health physician (45 minutes)
Key Personnel Wellbeing Mapping – Coaching
- Finla occupational health survey
- laboratory tests (ECG, cholesterol levels, fasting blood glucose, complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, and thyroid function tests)
- body composition measurement light
- bicycle ergometer test
- livtec wellbeing analysis (2 days) and a personal feedback session with an occupational physiotherapist
- coaching sessions with an occupational psychologist, including pre-assessment questionnaires
- health check-up with an occupational health physician (45 min)

Prices do not include value added tax (VAT). According to sections 34-36 of the VAT Act, no VAT is charged on the sale of occupational health services that are considered healthcare and medical services. However, where taxable services or products are sold alongside healthcare services, VAT will be added to the prices. Taxable services include, for example, group activities, first aid courses, work coaching, social services expert consultations, as well as lectures and training sessions.
